Explosives found in burning bedroom

(Cleveland) - The Cleveland Police bomb squad was called out Tuesday night a house on the west side because in a bedroom that was on fire, Cleveland firefighters discovered materials for making fireworks.

The fire, and the discovery of fireworks materials, was at 1902 West 74th Street. Cleveland fire crews called out the police bomb squad, which removed the explosives. There was no explosion.

A suspect has been arrested in connection with the incident.
