Justices Delay Traffic Camera Case

(Columbus)- The fate of Cleveland's traffic camera program won't be decided anytime soon.

Ohio Supreme Court justices put the city's case on hold Wednesday until they decide a challenge to cameras in Toledo.

The high court is being asked to give clarity to a lower court, which ruled Cleveland's cameras unconstitutionally bypassed the courts, but drivers can't legally recover their fines.
