Growing up, My mom told me that someone is always watching. That was way before cell phones, especially phones that can take pictures and video and audio. There is no escaping anything anymore, especially if you are a celebrity. It just bit Jason Aldean, that's for sure.

Jason Aldean was photographed with former American Idol contestant Brittany Kerr hanging on each other in an L.A. bar last week. Some of the TMZ photos even look like they kissed. Then TMZ also posted a video of Jason leaving the bar that night (without Brittany) and he seemed like he probably had a few.

Jason released this statement on his Facebook page last night:

“Hey Guys — I wanted to talk to you directly, so you were hearing the truth from me and not just reading allegations made about my personal life on gossip web sites,”  “The truth is that I screwed up. I had too much to drink, let the party get out of hand and acted inappropriately at a bar. I left alone, caught the bus to our next show and that’s the end of the story. I ultimately ended up embarrassing my family and myself. I’m not perfect, and I’m sorry for disappointing you guys. I really appreciate being able to work through this privately with my family and for all your continued support.”
