On air: Weekdays 2pm - 7pm
Shotgun Taylor was born in New York City but has spent many years working in radio in Texas and Tennessee. Before coming "back North" Shotgun worked at a radio station in Nashville right on Music Row. The station shared a parking lot with a restaurant and on any given day Shotgun would rub elbows with some of the biggest country stars, singers and musicians in the industry.
"Excuse me, Mr. Paisley? Can you pass the ketchup please?"
Shotgun is crazy about country music and he loves the artists as well. They are the best! He's an avid "car guy," has an encyclopedic knowledge of American History, is a huge sports fan and is extremely handy around the house. In more than 20 years of home ownership Shotgun is proud to say he's never had to call a plumber, an electrician, a painter or carpenter.
Shotgun has been married nearly 20 years and has two teenage sons. When he's not on the radio, he likes to spend as much time as possible with his family.
Listen to Shotgun weeknights on WGAR from 7pm to Midnight.
