LeeAnn’s Pumpkin Spice Martini Recipe
Hey, it’s Thanksgiving weekend, and I’ve come up with an easy-to-make Pumpkin Spice martini that’ll knock your socks off. I’ll work in parts instead of ounces so you can make as much as you want. For one martini, a part = 2 ozs.
2 parts Vanilla Vodka.
1 part Pumpkin Spice liqueur
1 part Creme liqueur*
1/2 part Pumpkin Spice syrup (Torani’s usually)
pinch of fresh ground nutmeg
cinnamon stick
Combine liquids into a martini shaker with ice and shake. Pour into martini glasses. Add the pinch of nutmeg to the top and put a cinnamon stick in it. If you want to add a dollop of whipped cream, go ahead. In my opinion, it makes it absolutely perfect
* By Creme Liqueur. Don’t use Bailey’s Irish cream doesn’t work.
Adjust the amount of pumpkin syrup to taste. If you don’t have pumpkin syrup, simple syrup will probably work.
